Lxb-(l-5)x(b-5) = 2100-1625=475 sq m
cost of gravel = 475x4=1900

but here we have two roads which are crossing each other at a point

So we will minus the Roads area with lenght and breadth
==> L= L-5 and B =B-5
So then we will minus the new area from where we have subtracted the road parts from the older one.
= lxb-(l-5)x(B-5)
= 70x30-65x25
Road area= 475
Total cost =475x4 1900Rs
Area o f park=70*30
area of roads=total area-area of park
cost of gravel = 525*4
