Its a very easy question can be solved as follows:
2/3 and 1/2
take L.C.M of both the denominators i.e, L.C.M of 3 and 2 =6
now, multiply 2/2 with 2/3 to get 4/6(note 2/2 =1 no change)
also multiply 3/3 with 1/2 to get 3/6 (note here also 3/3=1 no change)
no we have the same denominators on each number
therefore ,
31/60 , 32/60 , 33/60 ,34/60 ,35/60 and 36/60

LCM of the denominators i.e. 3 and 2 =6

2 x 2  =    and    1 x 3   = 3
3 x 2     6              2 x 3      6

There can be no rational number between these two, so we'll increase their range by multiplying both of them with 10= 40  and 30                                                                                                                       60        60

Now we can find many rational numbers between these two.

Like 3132, 33, 34, 35, 36
       60  60  60  60  60  60
