The price of an item 'A' is 20% more than price of 'B'.How much % of price of 'B' IS LESS THAN PRICE OF 'A'?

A.20% B.50/3% C.80/7% D.18%

Answer is 50/3 . Can anybody explain how?

Let the price of A is x and price of B is y
according to question
x = y + y/5
x = 6y/5
y = 5x/6
y = x - x/6
% of price of B less than price of A = 100/6%
                                                    = 50/3%
hence option (B) is correct.
