Define the term 'amorphous'. Give a few examples of amorphous solids.

Amorphous is a type of solid whose melting and boiling points are not sharp
when the amorphous solids are broken they do not have sharp ends
they are isotropic in nature i.e thermal conductivity is not same through out the object,they are also porous in nature
