The average speed of a particle after completion of one revolution is zero but average velocity is non zero.is it possible?



No it is not possible average speed depends upon the total distance travelled by total time where as average velocity depends on total displacement by total time.if a particle starts from a point A in a circular path and after a revolution reaches the same point A then average velocity of the particle is zero but its average speed is not zero
