Time taken to travel the first 2/3 rd distance + time taken for the last 1/3rd distance 
       = time taken to travel entire distance with initial speed + 100 minutes

let the initial speed be v kmph

 (2*528 / 3v) + (528/3) / (6v/11) = 528/v + 100/60

solving the above,   you will get v = 88 km/hr
