No its an overlapping situation. let me explain
just because the people are of backward castes they were rejected, just because they were rejected they wern't able to participate in various activities, just because they weren't able tp participate they were not able to know various things, just because they didn't know they were not educated, just because they were uneducated they had to do odd jobs, because of odd jobs they are paid less, because they are paid less the are not able to afford food.
we can see this issue is from a small issue. the problem is not hunger but its poverty, discrimination, unemployment, unskilled, etc.
