Do you mean "multicellular organisms" ?
If yes,
In multicellular organisms cells are grouped to form tissues. These tissues are specialized to carry out a particular function at a definite place in the body. Like, the muscle cells form muscular tissues which helps in movement, nerve cells form the nervous tissue which helps in transmission of messages. This different division areĀ  known as division of labour in multicellular organisms. Because of this division of labour that multicellular organisms are able to perform all functions faster and efficiently.

Tissue is a cellular organizational level intermediate between cells and a complete organism. Hence, a tissue is an ensemble of cells, not necessarily identical, but from the same origin, that together carry out a specific function. Organs are then formed by the functional grouping together of multiple tissues.

Hope this helps:)
