How is the formula modified when (1)body starts from rest (2) motion of the body unifrorm

(1) when body starts from rest u=0.
so the eqn becomes s=1/2at^2...(2) when the motion of the body is uniform, acclrtn=0. ie, a=0. thrfore the eqn becomes s=ut..
