A body is said to be accelerated when it changes either direction or speed or both. in uniform motion as its direction is constantly changing, the body id said to be in acceleration. The velocity is a vector quantity; and so,it can be represented in magnitude and direction. Even when the magnitude doesn't change, the direction changes in a circular motion, and so, the body is said to be in acceleration.

DURING UNIFORM  CIRCULAR MOTION THE DIRECTION OF THE OBJECT CHANGES VERY SECOND.SO THE VELOCITY CHANGES, AS VELOCITY IS A VECTOR QUANTITY.ACCELERATION  IS  RATE OF CHANGE  OF VELOCITY.
THEREFORE MOTION OF A BODY WHICH IS MOVING WITH CONSTANT SPEED IN A CIRCULAR MOTION IS SAID TO BE ACCELERATED.
