First of all when talking about sports we need discipline and support from our parents.for example if you want to be a footballer you need to be punctual and  dynamic to give full concentration.Another thing is that a true sport-men spirit  should always be obedient to his coach.now coming to physical fitness you need to do daily exercise and jogging and external workout.after showering should have a good diet and drink water regularly to keep your tissues in the active.
