A survey of 1000 registered voters revealedthat 450 people would vote for candidate A in an upcoming election. If 220,000 people vote in the

election, how many votes would the survey takers predict candidate A should receive?

If 450 out of 1000 of surveyed voters vote for A, than it means that 450/1000=45% of them vote for A
220 000 * 45%= 99000
If the survey is to be believed A will get 99000  votes.
