Height h of the plane = L Sin 30 = 1/2 m
         KE = PE at the top
     1/2 m v² =  m g h
     => v = √(2 * 9.8 * 1/2) = √9.8 m/s
if both carts travel together after collision:
           25 * √9.8  =  65 * v      => find   v
