we can keep ourself fit by doing exercise every day.Playing outdoor games so that our body will also get a kind of excercise. we should not much eat oily foods as it causes obese vody. We should not even eat jung food as it is very harmfull for our health and also causes many heart problems..go to exercise daily and take balance diet daily ,go to morning and evening walk and always be happy and go to gym every morning .

It is very easy and we also have fun in this. Just do exercise or yoga whatever suits you for just 20 min in morning and 20 mins in evening. Take stare instead of lift. All these small efforts of yours will make you fit n fine
