OBSERVATIONS:
large no.of flat cells with irregular boundaries are seen
each cell has a thin cell membrane
a distinct deeply stained nucleus is seen in each cell
space between the plasma membrane and its nucleus is filled with granular material called cytoplasm
there are no intercellular spaces between cells 
no cell wall is visible

Nucleus observed in the human cheek cell is distinct and is present in the center of the cell. It looks something like that in the image when stained with safranin(who stains it pink).
