Let us assume that  both raw and boiled eggsare rotated  with same angular momentum.then for a boiled egg moment of inertia(I) about its centre would be more than that of the boiled egg because when we rotate raw egg the fluid in it gets displaced to the surface.  as angular momentum is same
torque(raw egg)=torque(boiled egg)
as I(raw)>I(boiled)
thus a(raw)<a(boiled)
a=angular acceleration
thus the boiled egg spins faster than raw egg
