Given length = 60 m
Given breadth = 40 m
Given width of the road = 5m
Now,Road paralle to length,
length = 60m
Breadth = widht of the road = 5m
Area of road = l*b = 60*5 = 300m^2
Now,road parallel to breadth,
length = 40 m
Breadth = 5 m
Area of the road = l*b = 40*5 = 200 m^2
Total area of both roads = 300m^2+200m^2 = 500m^2
Now,cost of constructing 1 m^2 = ₹ 80
cost of constructing 500m^2 = ₹80*500= ₹ 40000
