If the speed of light is too much so when light strikes any object why light is reflected and why it gives no effect on object???

Revise that Force = Mass × Acceleration.
To exert force, there should be mass in an object and should have some acceleration. Any of the value if become zero, force becomes null. Light have acceleration but have mass approx. zero, which when multiplied by zero, becomes zero. Therefore, no force is exerted. Also light requires a smooth surface to reflect. When light strikes any smooth surface like mirror, it reflects.
