‘A’ scored 12 marks, while B scored 10 marks, in the first terminal examination. If in the second terminal examination (with same total number of marks)

‘A’ scored 14 marks and ‘B’ scored 12 marks, which student showed more improvement?

Both showed equal improvement in second terminal examination.
0 0 0
Both showed the same improvement and this is why:
No. of marks A scored in first terminal examination- 12
No. of marks B scored in first terminal examination- 10
No. of marks A scored in second terminal examination- 14
No. of marks B scored in second terminal examination- 12
A= 14-12
   = 2
B= 12-10
   = 2
Hence, both improved by 2 marks and both improved equally.

Hope I helped. :)
