According to me, to control anger all we should do is to avoid the thing which makes us angry
We can also join some classes which teaches us to control our anger...
We can go to a doctor also to handle this situation....
We can also take a ball made up of sponge and start pressing it whenever we are angry
We should have a "Take it easy kind" of attitude  to control anger....
