The net electric field will remain constant and an equal charge will develop on both spheres at equilibrium.

kq1/r1 + kq2/r2 = kq/r1 + kq/r2

Putting the values we get q=22/3 micro coulomb and charge flows from 10 micro coulomb sphere to 6 micro coulomb sphere.
