Yes, unicellular organism usuakly follow asexual mode of reproduction as the lack in advance body parts for serial reproduction. There are many ways to reproduce asexually . They are budding , fission, etc. Here in budding. It happens so that the parent cell acquires bud and later it grow into a mature cell and cut offs. But in cell division the parent cell gradually separates to multiple other cells which later grow and multiply.
