Biodegradable waste are waste which can be decomposed easily where as non biodegradable waste does not decompose easily.
So, for the decomposition purpose they are discarded in different dustbins.

Firstly nonĀ biodegradable are those wastes that are not regrade by the enzymes and also not in simpler inorganic substances.
secondly the biodegradable are that waste which organic substances regrade by the ezymes .
now, these both are discarded in two dustbins beacuse the non biodegradable wsates are harmfull for all the living beings and the biodegradable which are regraded by the ezymes and makes a new substances like the animals after deadr the enzymes conwert them into the best fertilizer.
so they both have need of two different dustbinsĀ
