Playing outdoor games make us fit as they are known as physical games , means the games which make us run , jump ,etc , making our legs and hands and body fit.

Its also helps to increase concentration E.g. you have to focus on the ball to hit a shot in cricket , etc..
Playing indoor games like chess is also good for brain as it makes our brain think alot.
