22/7 * 6 * 6 * 21 = 2376 cm**

**volume of cone = 1/3πr****²****h = 1/3 *
22/7 * 3 * 3 12 = 113.14 cm**

**therefore number of cones = 2376/113.14 = 21

= 756π cm³

volume of cone = 1/3πr²h

= 1/3*π*3*3*12

= 36π cm³

so,

no. of cones = 756π/36π

= 21 cones
