volume of cube=(side)3
(side)^3= 15.625
sq.root on 15.625
side= 2.5m
New cuboid is formed.
length =2.5m
breadth =2.5m
height =1.2m
volume of cuboid
= l×b×h
water used= total volume - new volume
15.625 - 7.5=
8.125 m3 volume of water was used...
ratio of total volume with new volume
=total vol./New volome
