In the three test tubes the test tube containing acid wont change its colour
and base changes frm red to blue and distillled water is neutral

In case of distilled water there is a light change in color which indicates the presence of water.
For acid the red litmus paper does not change its color.
For base the red litmus paper changes to blue color.
These above observations are used to indicate the presence of substances.
