Ya i agree that yoga is the best form of exercise.but some times i have to face serious problems in my life.there are a lot of problems faced by many people.there are a lot of problems but i would like to share a few.when there was a exam ,i sat to do yoga at 4 in the early morning.as i was not properly woken ,i made a mistake and there was a serious injury in my back bone and because of which i had to give up and did not attend my exams.it also needs a lot of time which results in loss in our work.these are some of my stories.so i think it is not the best form of exercise.

skin rashes may occur
depression and pain may occur
it incorrectly result in injuries
