How would the digestion of proteins and carbohydrates in duodenum be affected if there is a blockage in the pancreatic duct?

Pancreatic duct carries pancreatic juice secreted by pancreas to intestine for digestion of food. Pancreatic juice contains various digestive enzymes like amylase (carbohydrate digestion), lipase (fat digestion), trypsine, nuclease etc. If there is a blockage in the pancreatic duct, the juice cannot be able to reach intestine. As a result protein and carbohydrate digestion cannot take place without enzymes. Food particles will remain undigested in intestine.
