What do we mean when we say that Fundamental Rights are justiciable?

ICSE Class 9 Indian History World Developments and Civics Ch 2 Fundamental Rights, Fundamental Duties and Directive Principles of State Policy

Fundamental rights are justiciable.bcoz when any of these rights are violated the person can move to the court for justice.and also an article-32 says that the fundamental rights should be protected and if violated then that person can go to the high court, supreme court for that violation .so that the person can get justice.that's the reason fundamental rights are justiciable to all. Hope this helps.pls mark as brainliest....
