im writing this letter to inform you about the benefits of laughter yoga.....
this type of yoga keeps us healthy and smiling.not only this , but it also gives more motivation , strengthens our immune system , heals our mind.
by this form of yoga we'll have a good flow of oxygen to blood  and enhanced way of living......you always work hard , so this will reduce your stress also and will provide more energy to work......

by this i will conclude that laughter yoga is really good..it has no side effects..and will keep us healthy no matter what.......
