Traveling Wave Equation : Y(x,y)=Y'sin(kx+wt)

So, if we compare this equation to the given equation(Y(x,t)=3sin(36t+0.018x+pi/4)) we will understand easily its an traveling equation.

but how u get that its a travelling wave but not standing??
because the equation of standing wave is y=y' cos(wt) sin(x
because the equation of standing wave is y=y' cos(wt) sin(x\kx) no similarity
