 health and hygene are very important to us. now a days all are concentrating on their health condition by making changes in their daily routine like giving time for exercise, adding more protiens and carbohydrates in their food. going to medical checkup twice a month. balancing their BP and sugar levels. keeping their body and surroundings clean and eating hygenic food.  thank you

Being healthy and hygenic is very important for us.... we should brush twice a day , take a bath daily or twice in a day , wash your hands with an antiseptic soap before and after meals, after using washroom, and after coming from outside .... if we have gone to a hospital after coming home we should first take a bath and change our clothes ... because there are small germs and bacteria ( unicellular organisms) everywhere in the atmosphere  and they cause many disease such as TYPHOID, CHOLERA, PNEUMONIA etc .... many children below the age of 5 die every year because of pneumonia it is a top killer of small children ... so we should always do these things to keep healthy
