1.while the electrons are moving around the nucleus they'll lose energy constantly. after losing energy, they should fall into nucleus which attracts them. then the atom should collapse. but the atom doesnt collapse. this was not explained by rutherford.
2.he didnot explain the line spectrum of an atom.

1.on revolution of electron around nucleus it should loss energy.its acceleration will decrease and as a result it should follow in spiral path and ultimately fall on nucleus.if it happens atom collapses.but it does not happen.

2.it doesnot say anything about arrangement of electrons in an atom.
