Roots are =  \frac{-b+ \sqrt{ b^{2}-4ac } }{2a}  and  \frac{-b- \sqrt{b^{2} -4ac} }{2a}

So roots are  \frac{1}{2}(3+ \sqrt{13} )  and  \frac{1}{2}(3- \sqrt{13} )
