pr - pq = 2.3cm
pr = 7.7 cm

draw a line segment pq = 5.4 cm.
from q draw a 60 degree angle.mark it aq
now from p draw an arc  with the radius 7.7 cm to cut aq and name it p.
therefore , pqr is the required triangle.

Given PQ = 5.4 cm  Q = 60 PR - PQ = 2.3 cm
   PR - 5.4 = 2.3
  PR = 2.3 + 5.4
 PR =  7.7 cm
STEPS:-
1. draw a line segment PQ = 5.4cm.
2. construct Q = 60. extend it to x.
3.with P as a center draw an arc with 7.7 cm radius which cuts QX at R.
4. now join PR.
5.this is the required triangle
