Aluminium oxide is :  Al2 O3

Molecular mass = 102 units

in 102 grams we have  Na  = avogadro number of molecules  => 2 * Na atoms of Aluminum  or  2 * Al  ions.

 So  number of ions = 2 * 0.0519 / 102  * 6.0225 * 10^23
                       = 6.128 * 10^20

3 3 3
why its multiplied by 2
there are two aluminum atoms in one molecule. so there are two ions of Al per molecule of aluminum oxide.
ok so we dont need the atomic mass of al
