Total surface area of cone = πr²+πrs(s is the slant height and r is the radius)
=14*22/7 (where π = 22/7)
=2*22 = 44sq.cm

The cone is cut into 2 pieces
TSA of single piece = TSA of cone / 2
=44/2 = 22sq.cm
