p=2(i+b)

  if P is taken as perimeter, and w as width.
  then the length will be w+5
⇒P=2(w+w+5)=2(2w+5)=4w+10

b) If perimeter is 130 in
    130=4w+10
⇒120=4w
⇒w=30

So the length will be 35 in.
