Sports can be taken as a part of education. For they seek to develop three side of one's nature- physical, mental and moral. Sports make us physically strong and active. They provide us sufficient exercises. By playing games one's sense of responsibilities increases as he learns to obey his teacher or his trainer he learns to obey others in his life. If we get bore with studies at that time we should play, as playing gives us refreshment. And then we are ready to study with full concentration. At the time of study we should always study but at the time of playing we should play as well, we should always keep studies one side and sports one side, as both are necessary for our LIFE.

wow , today's topic seems to be very interesting.almost all the children love to play games and some people are athletes.

these two words that is sports and games are not so simple they they look like.they plays a very important role in our life.

i will like to start with some very simple question?

what are sports ?

an activity which involves physical activity and skill is called sports.sports can also be called as an competitive activity.it needs a lot of perseverance.

what are games?

a game is an activity in which you take part for amusement.there should not be much competition while playing games.there should be a lot of fun and enjoyment.

now , i will talk about  today's world.this world has become so busy.there is no time for any other activities than going to office , school , collage , tuition etc.

i hope you all agree to me.its a truth of today's world.

almost 95% parents wants their child to become what they want to make their child. i think this is not fair.i hope you all think the same as me.

there are very few parents who gives their child the freedom to be what he or she wants to be.

because of all these , we forget a very important thing.that is sports and games.it keeps us fit but we still neglect sports and and games.


games makes our memory sharper as well.we stay fit and also strong.we should plays at least for 1 hour a day.

this will definitely help us become more strong and fit.so,keep all your work aside for one hour and start playing.
