You can't; it's impossible.

If you have a sum of *five* odd numbers, the result will always be odd. So there is *no* way to create a sum of five odd numbers to be 30.

If you aren't sure, here's a pattern:
Think of adding *one* odd number --> "sum" is always odd (e.g. 5 = 5)
Think of adding *two* odd numbers --> sum is always even (e.g. 3 + 7 = 10)
Think of adding *three* odd numbers --> sum is always odd (e.g. 1 + 3 + 5 = 9)
... *four* odd numbers --> even
... *five* odd numbers --> odd
