Newly formed cone can be obtained by 1/64 of 1/3  \pi  x^{2} 40. which is equivalent to volume of new cone 1/3  \pi  x^{2} h.

Hence we get h, which is height of new cone is 40/64.

To get cut above the base of initial cone is 40 - 40/64.
