Hey friend there will be only one factor which will be equal to zero and other factors will be  \frac{-13- \sqrt{157} }{6} and  \frac{-13+ \sqrt{157} }{6}
Firstly put the whole equation equals to zero and take x in common and then multiply it with zero on the right hand side. Then there will be 2 terms with respect to x cube which will be -12x^3 and +12x^3 which will be cut and then we can apply quadratic roots formula and we can also see that in the original equation if x=0 then the whole equation will be equals to zero.
As to find roots of an quadratic equation we will always put the equation equals to zero due to which in many questions we will find that we have asked to find the zeros of the equation
