A invests 10% more than B B invests 10% less than c.if the total sum of their investments is rs 5780.how much did c invest in that?

Let C invests Rs.x
Therefore, B invests = Rs(x-10% of x)
=Rs. 9x/10
A is said to invest 10% more than B.
A invests=Rs.(9x/10+10%of 9x/10)
=Rs . 9x/10+9x/100
=Rs. 99x/100
Given ,sum of their investments=Rs.5780
Therefore,By the condition
or, 99x+90x+100x=5780*100  (After multiplying by 100,the LCM of the denominators)
or, x=(5780*100)/289
or, x=20*100
Therefore, C invested
Ans)C invested Rs.2000.
