Solution is as follows ,      x+x+x/2 +x/4 +1 = 100  => 2x+(x/2 +x/4) +1 =100 => 2x+(4x+2x)/4*2 = 100 - 1 => 2x+6x/8 = 99 => 2x*8 +6x = 8*99 => 16x +6x =8*99 => 22x=8*99 => x=8*99 /22 => x=4*99/11 => x=4*9 => x=36
