We are staying in close contact with our local and regional public health officials, and we will be following their recommendations and guidance. Influenza is thought to spread mainly person-to-person through the coughing or sneezing of infected people. 
At the  time, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, mental illness and chronic diseases such as diabetes are posing a huge burden in terms of human suffering and in terms of the strain on our health services.So, how can we stay healthy in the face of all these challenges?
Wash your hands often with soap and water,
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Germs spread this way.Children should stay home from school until their fever has been gone for 24 hours without any fever-reducing medications.
Sleeping is also a really important way to stay healthy.
Smoking, drinking alcohol and taking drugs can harm your health,.........hope its help u....
