No its not possible to view a cell by naked eye, as most of them are tiny ranging just a few micrometers in diameter. To observe a cell properly we need microscopes.
However, in some cases a cell can be seen with naked eye as well. For example- the hen's egg is a single cell and it is well observable with naked eye.
