Join classes. Get busy the whole day. Make a routine. Get up in the morning at 6:00 and exercise. Go for morning walks, cycle I go to an art class in the morning at 10:00 till twelve then I go for a guitar class. I come back have lunch take a nap and then go for tennis. From tennis I go for swimming. At the end of the day, you feel so tired you just wanna sleep....and that's good if you sleep early..... On Saturdays and Sundays I go for maths and science classes..... Do what you like and like what you do.. Hope I helped :-)
