1) When magnesium(mg) reacts with sulphuric acid(H2SO4), Magnesium sulphate(MgSO4)  and hydrogen(H2) gas liberated.
Mg + H2SO4 ---> MgSO4 + H2

2)When iron(Fe) reacts with water(H2O), its gives Iron Oxide (FeO) and hydrogen gas is liberated.
Fe + H2O ---> FeO + H2

3)When carbonmonoxide(CO) reacts with water(H2O), Carbondioxide and hydrogen gas is liberated (water gas).
