In the tube containing sugar solution and yeast, aerobic respiration will take place. So the products would be carbon dioxide and water.
The tube which has a oil cover on the sugar solution, doesn't have access to oxygen. So anaerobic respiration will take place. The respiration products will be carbon dioxide, lactic acid or ethanol.
